Sandu Brothers Pvt. Ltd. in Navi Mumbai is seeking a QC Chemist to oversee analysis and approvals of FG, RM, PM and intermediates, ensuring compliance with QC standards.

The role involves COA preparation for exports, control sample records, logbooks, instrument calibration, and collaboration with production for BOM/WO, with emphasis on quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Smooth functioning and timely analysis & approval of FG, RM, PM & intermediate which is finally approved from Q.C.
• COA preparation for Export purpose & other documentation whenever required.Monitoring of Control sample observation register: RM & FP
• Monitoring of Control sample and maintaining destruction record
• Formats up-gradation for Finished products, In- process check, RM, PM & intermediate etc whenever required
• Volumetric solution preparation & register to be maintained. ( Limit test soln, Reagents etc.)
• Monitoring & maintaining of logbooks & calibration for every instrument.
• Working standard to be maintained for colour & In process granules & chemicals etc
• Primary standard to be maintained for Heavy metal test
• Maintain BMR files of Finished Goods.
• Issuing work order or BOM to the Production Department.
• IPQC Round
• Artwork Checking and finalization
• Export related documentation work such as Dossier preparation etc
• Other work assigned by superiors
