Icmai Ahmedabad is seeking a Finance Manager with 6+ years of experience to oversee costing, budgeting, and financial reporting for the plant in Ahmedabad. You will manage COGM, P&L, and ensure statutory compliance while driving ERP-enabled process improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting, CA/CPA/CMA, and strong SAP/ERP skills, along with leadership and analytical abilities to guide audits and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or CMA is required.
• 6+ years of finance management experience.

• Costing & operations management, monitor production costs (COGM).
• Prepare monthly Plant P&L and lead budgeting.

Key Responsibilities

• Costing & Operations: Monitor production costs (COGM), validate operational expenses, and lead inventory governance.
• FP&A: Prepare monthly Plant P&L statements, lead the annual budgeting process, and provide data-driven insights for operational decisions.
• Reporting & Compliance: Oversee monthly factory closing, manage Balance Sheet schedules, and act as the lead for internal and statutory audits.
• Internal Controls: Implement SOX requirements and continuously improve plant accounting processes.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (Master's preferred); Professional certification like CA, CPA, or CMA is required.
• Experience: 6+ years in finance management with strong proficiency in SAP and ERP systems.
• Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities, leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of accounting standards.
