Job summary

IND.CERATIZIT India Pvt. Ltd in Karnataka seeks a hands-on CNC operator to drive precision machining. You will operate CNC machines, program and adjust as needed, and ensure parts meet quality and delivery targets in a fast-growing tool manufacturing environment.

The role involves prepping tools, fixtures, gauges, and maintaining production schedules while upholding standards for accuracy and efficiency. Training and development are offered as part of a dynamic international group.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in CNC machine operation in a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of CNC machine programming and program interpretation.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of cutting tools, tool setting, and machining parameters.
• Understanding of quality standards, inspection methods and measurement instruments.
• Basic computer knowledge for production reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines efficiently to meet daily production requirements.
• Perform CNC machine programming and adjust programs as per production needs.
• Prepare and arrange tools, fixtures, gauges, and accessories for machining.
• Ensure weekly and monthly production schedules and target quantities are met.
• Monitor production performance by tracking planned vs actual time.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure defect-free production.
• Ensure on-time delivery commitments through effective machine utilization and planning.

Requirements / Skills

• ITI / Diploma / Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in CNC machine operation within a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of CNC machine programming and program interpretation.
