Job summary

Plansee Group in India invites applications for CNC operator roles. The successful candidate will operate CNC machines, program and adjust as needed, and prepare tools and fixtures for machining tasks.

You will monitor schedules, ensure quality, and contribute to on-time delivery through efficient planning. ITI/ diploma in mechanical engineering or related field is preferred, with hands-on CNC experience and ability to read engineering drawings and specs.

Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma/Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on CNC operation experience in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to meet daily production requirements.
• Program CNC machines and adjust programs per production needs.
• Prepare tools, fixtures, gauges and accessories for machining operations.
• Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved weekly and monthly.
• Monitor production performance and compare planned vs actual times.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure defect-free output.
• Ensure on-time deliveries through efficient machine utilization and planning.
