Responsibilities

• Study cable assembly drawings and work instructions
• Prepare materials, tools, and components required for assembly operations
• Perform cable laying, routing, dressing, and cable assembly activities as per defined procedures
• Follow SOPs, control plans, and quality standards during assembly operations
• Maintain process discipline, workmanship, accuracy, and productivity
• Perform basic inspection and identify assembly-related issues
• Coordinate with QA teams for inspection and rectification activities
• Maintain proper documentation and process records
• Follow workplace safety procedures and housekeeping standards
• Participate actively in structured skill development programs
• Support production and manufacturing teams as required

JOB SUMMARY

The selected candidates will undergo structured hands-on training in cable assembly operations within a high-precision aerospace and defence manufacturing environment.

This opportunity is specifically designed for Diploma candidates who are eager to develop practical industry skills, manufacturing exposure, and hands-on experience, irrespective of academic performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Study cable assembly drawings and work instructions

SHIFT TIMINGS

Rotational shifts applicable as per business requirements

• 1st Shift: 6:10 AM to 3:00 PM
• Females will be deployed in this shift only
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Night Shift: 11:30 PM to 6:00 AM
• Very limited deployment in this shift
