Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional in data protection, privacy, information security, or regulatory compliance with demonstrable experience in the DPDP Act. The candidate will be responsible for conducting organisation-wide DPDP awareness and training programs, delivering role-based training, conducting tabletop breach simulation exercises, and preparing training materials.

Mandatory Qualifications

Graduate in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Information Security.

Must hold any one of the following certifications: CISSP, CIPP/E, CIPP/A, CIPM, CIPT, or ISO 27701 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor.

Minimum 5 years of experience in data protection, privacy, information security, or regulatory compliance.

Demonstrable experience with the DPDP Act.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct organisation-wide DPDP awareness and training programs for employees, agents, intermediaries, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct a total of 200 training sessions during the project period.
• Develop and deliver role-based training and awareness programs.
• Conduct quarterly tabletop breach simulation exercises, with a total of 20 exercises during the project period.
• Prepare training materials for awareness and training programs.

Work Conditions

The candidate must work onsite at the client's premises in Mumbai during normal office hours.

Working hours may be extended as required to meet project timelines and operational needs, without additional cost.

The candidate may be required to attend client interviews, including hands-on assessments.

Background verification, including a Police Clearance Report, is mandatory.

Suitable replacement arrangements must be available during leave periods, as per the applicable SLA conditions.

If the onsite resource leaves before the completion of one year, penalties may apply as per the SLA conditions.

A minimum of 45 days' advance notice and at least 21 days of overlap between outgoing and incoming resources are required for vendor-initiated replacements, as specified in the project conditions.
