Job summary

Advantage 360 is seeking an Operations Support Engineer in Bangalore to handle incident management and provide frontline support. You will respond to customer requests via tickets or email, monitor infrastructure and applications, and escalate issues when needed.

The role requires basic Linux, SQL, and telecom knowledge with 0–1 year of related experience. The position is full-time, on-site in Bangalore with 24x7 shift timings and work-from-office mode.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering or BCA.
• 0–1 year of relevant telecom/IT experience.
• Basic/Intermediate Linux CLI experience.
• Intermediate SQL knowledge; familiarity with SQL and Oracle databases.
• Basic knowledge of GSM and mobile networks.
• 0–1 year of experience as a Tier1 or Tier2 support engineer.
• Basic OS knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications
