Job summary

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking an Operations Specialist for Liability Operations (E) in Mumbai. You will authorize customer requests and coordinate with branches and relationship managers to ensure smooth processing and timely execution.

You will scrutinize documents for account openings, perform data entry, handle transaction processing and reconciliations, and maintain compliance with internal policies, delivering accurate service and strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in banking operations, preferably in liability operations.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and customer service processes.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in transaction processing and reconciliation.
• Effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and operational guidelines.

This role is responsible for authorizing customer requests and managing related activities through end-to-end coordination with internal stakeholders such as branches and relationship managers. The goal is to ensure smooth transaction processing and deliver an enhanced customer experience through accurate and timely execution.
