The Role

We’re looking for a Operations Specialist to own our day-to-day payment operations and ensure transactions move seamlessly across our ecosystem. You’ll play a key role in managing disputes, supporting merchants, improving operational processes, and working closely with payment partners to build a scalable operations function.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end chargeback and dispute operations—from evidence collection and filing to tracking and resolution.
• Manage payment operations and merchant support to ensure smooth transaction workflows and timely issue resolution.
• Build and improve SOPs that make payment operations more scalable, efficient, and reliable.
• Partner with payment gateways, banking partners, merchants, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Analyze payment and transaction data to identify trends, improve processes, and reduce operational bottlenecks.

What you’ll do

• Own merchant onboarding by coordinating with payment processors and merchants for documentation, support, and onboarding completion.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Risk teams to complete merchant risk checks and ensure compliant onboarding.
• Manage payout operations by monitoring transactions, diagnosing payout failures, and ensuring operational stability and efficiency.
• Own end-to-end dispute and chargeback operations, including evidence collection, merchant coordination, and submission to payment processors.
