Job summary

HID Global Bangalore is seeking an Operations Officer to manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring targets are met with quality and compliance. You will back up critical operations like Logistics and MRP, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless continuity.

The role requires a Bachelor's in CS with at least two years of industry experience, and you will work in an office setting with opportunities to handle multiple responsibilities across Production, QA, and Warehouse

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production activities per backlog or allocation.
• Perform inspections and quality checks (MRP labeling, quality inspection).
• Warehouse management tasks (Oracle Pick, Pack, Ship, Stock Check).
• Machine/line maintenance with records (TPM).
• Deliver reports and manage records.
• Support one critical activity (e.g., Logistics, MBL, RMA, MRP).

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Essential Duties:

Daily Activities related to Production per backlog or allocation

• Activities related to Inspection such as MRP labeling, Quality inspection etc.
• Warehouse management – Oracle Pick, Pack, Ship, Stock Check as applicable
• Machine / Line Maintenance with records as applicable (TPM)
• Reports and Management of records
• Additionally Support any one Critical Activity (Ex. Logistics, MBL, RMA, MRP, etc.)

Primary Duties

Deliver Key KPI metrics such as OPD, XLT, DPPM

• Perform mandatory checks and inspections such as MRP labeling
• Warehouse management – Oracle Pick, Pack, Ship, Stock Check as applicable
• Additionally Support any one Critical Activity (Ex. Logistics, MBL, RMA, MRP, etc)

Work Environment

Employees work primarily in an office environment, within a well‑ventilated area, and is exposed to moderate noise levels

• Ability to also work as a good team player coordinating and collaborating with peers and other departments as required.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or better
• At least 2 years of industry experience.
