Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive Zero Trust Network Architecture (ZTNA) deployment and access controls.
• Oversee network segmentation strategies to reduce attack surface.
• Manage secure remote access solutions (VPN, ZTNA, SASE).
• Guide L2/L3 networking topics and high-availability designs.

Profile Summary

Duties and Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following

• Manage, Lead the design and implementation of secure network architectures across on-prem, cloud (AWS/Azure), and hybrid environments
• Architect and manage Fortinet (FortiGate), NAC, Proxy, UTM, SD-WAN, and Micro-Segmentation solutions
• Drive Zero Trust Network Architecture (ZTNA) initiatives including identity-aware access controls
• Evaluate, design, and implement network segmentation strategies to reduce attack surface
• Oversee secure remote access solutions (VPN, ZTNA, SASE)
• Deep understanding of L2/L3 networking (Routing, Switching, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VXLAN)
• Experience in high availability designs (HA clusters, failover, load balancing)
• Strong knowledge of SD-WAN architecture and traffic steering
• Good experience in setting up new sites(green field)
• Wireless experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot latency, packet drops, asymmetric route, MTU issues

Education And/Or Qualification:

• 12-14 years of experience in Network & Security, with at least 2-3 years in a managing team
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop good working relationships and excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including supervising and mentoring staff
• Proven ability to guide teams, assign tasks effectively, and achieve organizational goals
