Job summary

Sutherland is hiring for an Operations Manager in Hyderabad (Manikonda). This is a 5 day work from office role with US shifts from 6:30 pm to 3:30 am. The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in any field and at least 8 years in BPO, including 2+ years in management, with strong analytical and leadership capabilities.

Banking process exposure is a plus, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. The role demands time management and the ability to coordinate schedules and initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed in any field.
• 8+ years of BPO experience with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Banking process experience would be a plus.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to efficiently manage time and track multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership skills; willing to report to shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain communication with clients and account managers/team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
• Produce solid and effective strategies based on data reports, analysis, or keen observations impacting the bottom line.
• Identify training needs to equip staff with essential skills and knowledge.
• Understand system tools and operational procedures used within the program.
• Collaborate with stakeholders regularly for promotions and updates.
• Ensure process compliance and adherence to all team members, partners and third-party providers.
