Participates in the review and improvement of operational systems and procedures relevant to assigned units.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically Five to seven years of total experience as Operation Manager
• Three to Five years of relevant experience in an operations Manager or Team Management role
