Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead ICD (Inland Container Depot) operations, ensuring smooth terminal activities, compliance, and efficient team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee ICD operations, including gate operations, yard activities, and container movement
• Ensure compliance with IGM/EGM procedures and statutory requirements
• Manage container surveys, empty container operations, and documentation (Forms 13, 6, 11)
• Liaise with customs authorities and external stakeholders
• Monitor operational efficiency, safety, and service standards

Key Requirements

• 12–17 years of experience in ICD / container terminal operations
• Hands‑on experience of gate operations, IGM/EGM filing, container surveys, and customs liaisoning
• Experience in managing a team of 20–25 staff
• Ability to handle high-volume terminal operations efficiently
