Job summary

Reputed Company is expanding its Design Operations team and seeking an Operations Manager who can drive the backbone for hypergrowth. You will own PMO development, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and partner with Product and Data to implement scalable tooling and processes.

The role requires strong program management, systems thinking, and the ability to align long-term targets with day-to-day execution across multiple continents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, manufacturing, or systems roles.
• Proven PMO and program/project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build & establish PMO structure translating long-term targets into sequenced plans and milestones.
• Own architecture and cross-functional execution across Design, Product, Data and Manufacturing.
• Collaborate with workforce, training and other teams to improve systems and data reporting.
• Partner with Product to develop tooling and automated solutions that boost efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure visibility and accountability across teams.
• Diagnose bottlenecks, design solutions, and pilot improvements across the organization.
