Job summary

eClerx is hiring an Operations Manager (Voice / Chat) for Pune on US shift, 5 days a week in office. Lead international Voice & Chat operations across Wireless/Mobility, Broadband, Billing, and Customer Care in an ITES/BPO setup.

The role requires 10+ years in BPO/Customer Operations with 7+ years in leadership, managing large teams and operations managers, and strong telecom process expertise to support telecom customers globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in BPO/Customer Operations.
• 7+ years in a leadership role managing Operations Managers and large teams.
• Strong telecom process experience is mandatory.
• Must have managed International Voice and Chat Operations supporting Telecom customers.
• Experience in handling Telecom processes such as Wireless/Mobility, Broadband & Fixed Line, Technical Support, Billing & Collections, Customer Care & Retention.
• Proven experience managing teams of 100+ FTEs.
