Job summary

Momentive Software is seeking a Director of Operations in Pune, India to lead a major segment of the organization, overseeing budgets, P&L, and a multidisciplinary team. You will design and implement operational policies and initiatives, evaluate existing systems, and drive improvements across functions to meet strategic milestones.

MANGEMENT LEVEL:

• Director – 1: Manages a department or sub-department within a business unit or for entire corporation. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the managed group. Develops budgets, policies, and procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Responsible for P&L, revenue, and budgetary goals. Deep knowledge of managed sub-function as well as knowledge of overall departmental function. Typically manages subordinate managers. Requires management experience.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Experience:

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
• Typically requires 7 years of experience in the related area as an individual contributor
• Typically requires 3-5 years management experience

Computer/Technical:

• Advanced knowledge of Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software applications

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Normal office environment
• Extending viewing of computer screens

• May involve carrying loads up to 50 lbs. and being able to remain in a stationary position.
