D.Y. Patil University (DYPU) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager (Civil) to oversee civil and infrastructure project delivery in Navi Mumbai. The role requires strong leadership to coordinate site operations, timelines, budgets, quality, and client communication, ensuring timely completion.

The ideal candidate will have a civil engineering degree with an MBA and PMP certification. Travel to project sites will be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory or equivalent.
• MBA (Operations/Project Management) is preferred.
• PMP or Project Management certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of civil and infrastructure projects.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Monitor project progress and prepare MIS, DPR, and progress reports.
• Control project costs and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with safety (HSE) standards and statutory regulations.
• Review contractor bills, BOQs, work orders, and project documentation.
• Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Lead and mentor site engineers and project staff.

Position: Operations Manager (Civil)
Location: Navi Mumbai (Travel to project sites as required)

Job Summary

The Operations Manager (Civil) will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of civil and infrastructure projects. The role involves managing site operations, project timelines, budgets, quality, safety, and coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of civil and infrastructure projects.
