Role Overview

We are seeking an Operations Manager to join Earthful in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for supply chain, vendor management, procurement, and inventory optimization to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing that supports our growing D2C brand.

Location: Full-time position, based out of Hyderabad

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure the best terms and conditions.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Manage inventory levels and optimize inventory turnover.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs.
• Resolve any procurement-related issues or disputes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations relevant to procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, operations, and procurement principles and practices.
