Job summary

Evoke HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Boiler Expert / Boiler Consultant with 15+ years of hands-on experience in boiler operations, commissioning, troubleshooting, or design engineering.

The role covers on-site audits, efficiency improvement, and collaboration with field teams across Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical or electrical engineering degree, deep knowledge of steam and oil boilers, and hands-on experience with fire and water tube systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 15+ years of hands-on experience in boiler operations, commissioning, troubleshooting, design engineering or R&D.
• Strong expertise in Steam Boilers & Oil Boilers.
• Experience with Fire Tube and Water Tube boilers.
• Knowledge of FBC / AFBC industrial boiler configurations.
• Experience with boiler capacities of 6–80 MT/hour.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site technical audits to identify boiler efficiency bottlenecks and optimise fuel utilization.
• Recommend practical engineering modifications to improve operational performance and reduce fuel costs.
• Train and mentor boiler operators and sales teams.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Boiler Expert / Boiler Consultant with 15+ years of strong hands‑on experience across Boiler Operations, Commissioning, Troubleshooting, Design Engineering or R&D.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Strong expertise in Steam Boilers & Oil Boilers
• Hands‑on experience with Fire Tube & Water Tube Boilers
• Strong knowledge of FBC / AFBC / industrial boiler configurations
• Experience with boiler capacities of 6–80 MT/hour preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and boiler efficiency optimization skills
• Experience with fuel optimization, combustion issues and low‑GCV/alternative fuels
• Ability to assess boiler design and recommend engineering modifications
• Knowledge of FD/ID fans, bed height, air quantity, fuel feeding and furnace configuration
• Experience conducting technical audits and improving boiler efficiency
• Ability to train and mentor boiler operators and sales teams
• Exposure to HAG / Spray Dryer systems will be an added advantage

What You’ll Do:

Conduct on‑site technical audits, identify boiler efficiency bottlenecks, optimise fuel utilisation, support lignite/alternative fuel trials, troubleshoot combustion issues and recommend practical engineering modifications to improve operational performance and reduce fuel costs.
