Job summary

Wealthy Vault in Hyderabad offers a four-month internship in mutual fund operations and client service. You will handle KYC, account opening paperwork, data entry, and reporting, working directly with the founder.

The role requires Excel proficiency, good communication in English and Telugu, and willingness to complete NISM VA certification. Stipend is INR 10,000–15,000 per month with a certificate and recommendation on completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/MBA in commerce/finance preferred
• Comfortable with Excel formulas, sorting and filtering; will be tested
• Based in/near KPHB/Kukatpally; in-office role
• Willing to complete NISM VA certification during internship

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process mutual fund forms, KYC docs, and account opening paperwork; track to completion
• Maintain client records in Excel/Sheets; data entry, cleaning, reconciliation, updates
• Download and compile reports from AMC/RTA/distributor platforms
• Coordinate with clients via email and phone for documents and status updates
• Follow up with AMCs and RTAs to resolve rejections and service requests
• Update CRM with client interactions, service requests and task status
• Assist team with day-to-day office administration and record keeping

Job description

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• 1. Preparing and processing mutual fund transaction forms, KYC documents and account opening paperwork, and tracking them to completion
• 2. Maintaining client records in Excel and Google Sheets data entry, cleaning, reconciliation and periodic updates
• 3. Downloading and compiling portfolio and transaction reports from AMC, RTA and distributor platforms
• 4. Coordinating with clients over email and phone for pending documents, form corrections and status updates
• 5. Following up with AMCs and RTAs to resolve transaction rejections and service requests
• 6. Updating the internal CRM with client interactions, service requests and task status
• 7. Assisting the team with day-to-day office administration and record keeping

We help individuals and families plan and manage their long-term investments through mutual funds and other regulated investment products. Our work is built on research-led fund selection, goal-based planning, and ongoing portfolio reviews.

Alongside client servicing, we run wealthyvault. in, which offers free financial calculators and educational content, and a Telugu-language YouTube channel that explains personal finance in simple language for regional audiences.

We are a small, close-knit team of four. Interns here work directly with the founder and get hands-on exposure to real client operations, research, content, and digital marketing, not just theory.

• Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 400000 to 600000/year
