Job summary

CryptoMize in New Delhi HQ is seeking an Operations Intelligence Analyst to own the operational layer across one to two analyst cells, building capacity models, intake workflows, and vendor orchestration. You will enforce standards, document processes, and design engagement architectures from day one.

• Set and enforce the operations standards across the cell — process documentation, handoff discipline, the operational hygiene that survives a new analyst onboarding.
• Design the operational architecture for new engagements — intake, routing, capacity, escalation — before the engagement starts.
• Experience with capacity models, vendor orchestration, operational reporting cadence and intake/routing design is essential.
