Job summary

ASSPL - Odisha - F37 is seeking an Operation Executive to monitor multiple SSD 3P Fulfillment centers from operations, performance, design and compliance perspectives. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive improvements in quality, productivity, speed and cost while upholding customer obsession and ownership.

Visit all assigned sites at least once a month and dive deep to identify disruptions, patterns and data implications, ensuring conformance and timely audits

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English (speak, write and read).
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor complete UTR operations FC+ LM of the assigned 3P SSD sites and suggest & deploy improvements.
• Coordinate with 3P partners on S&OP plan, HC planning, Quality metrics and other parameters.
• Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders keeping in mind objectives, limits, conformance and information privacy.
• Visit the sites for various operational conformance, restrictions and norms.
• Conduct Monthly Audits of 3P sites.
• Visit all assigned sites at least once in a month.
