Job Summary:

Progressive Technology is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support and enhance our Logistics and Supply Chain operations in Ghaziabad. This role is critical in ensuring seamless execution of logistics functions, effective inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain coordination. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a hands-on approach, and a proactive attitude to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock movement across warehouses.
  • Liaise with vendors, transporters, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and dispatches.
  • Oversee documentation related to shipping, invoices, and regulatory compliance.
  • Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays or transportation discrepancies.
  • Optimize logistics and supply chain processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
  • Prepare reports related to inventory, logistics performance, and vendor management.
  • Implement best practices in warehousing, transportation, and materials management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations in logistics operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics-related software/tools (e.g., Tally, SAP, WMS).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational and analytical thinking skills.
Experience:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
  • Experience in handling warehousing and distribution operations is preferred.
Working Hours:
  • Full-time position
  • Monday to Saturday
  • 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
