Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized Operations Executive to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning of our EdTech center. The role involves overseeing infrastructure management, class coordination, portal operations, and daily reporting to maintain seamless learning experiences and efficient operational workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Floor & Infrastructure Management: Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the center, including classroom upkeep, IT equipment, pantry management, vendor coordination, and timely processing of related bills.
  • Class Management: Plan, create, and circulate class schedules; manage batches; and coordinate any faculty or topic-related updates in real time.
  • MIS & Reporting: Maintain and update data sheets for enrollments, inactive students, attendance, and performance dashboards to support timely decision-making.
  • Portal Management: Ensure smooth portal operations by verifying batch visibility, uploading lectures, tests, creatives, and student-related documents as required.
  • Head Office Coordination: Collaborate with the HO team to support events, resolve portal-related queries, and ensure accurate and transparent attendance tracking.
Requirements
