Your role

Are you an experienced operations leader ready to drive excellence in a dynamic, global environment?

  • Execute the processes and controls you are responsible for in a timely, accurate and complete manner.
  • Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements, as well as internal policies and contractual obligations.
Your team

You’ll be working in the Wealth Management Americas team in Mumbai or Pune. As a member of this team, you will be managing one or more of the following departments (but not all):

  • Your expertise: Client Cash Management & Disbursements

Our teams work closely with colleagues regionally and across the globe to ensure the highest standards of supervision, service, and operational risk management.

Your expertise
  • Demonstrated experience managing large teams and complex operational processes.
  • Knowledge of FRB Rule 220, REGT, FINRA Rule 4210, Reg U and Reg W
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
  • Understanding of conditions that create erroneous violations/calls and ability to propose solutions for resolution.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills for remediating branch escalations.
  • Strong knowledge of one or more of the previously mentioned Operations departments.
  • Understanding of risk management and regulatory requirements in financial services.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant professional certification preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in financial services operations, with at least 2 years in a management role.
