Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Alteryx or UiPath in an enterprise environment.
• Experience deploying workflows to Alteryx Server or UiPath Orchestrator.

• Apply basic software development principles in solution delivery.
• Intermediate MS Office skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Build low-code automation infrastructure using Alteryx Designer/Server to enable scalable capabilities
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into automation solutions
• Design solution architecture for end-to-end automation workflows
• Develop automation workflows using Alteryx and/or UiPath
• Test automation solutions to ensure accuracy, stability, and control compliance
• Deploy workflows to Alteryx Server and/or UiPath Orchestrator in line with standards
• Optimize operational processes through business process analysis and redesign
• Implement intelligent automation to create capacity, reduce risk, and streamline processes
• Partner with technology and stakeholders to deliver automation engagements end-to-end
• Monitor deployed automations and drive continuous improvement post-release
• Adhere to firm standards, controls, and governance throughout delivery

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

• Demonstrate 3+ years of hands-on Alteryx or UiPath experience in an enterprise environment
• Show experience deploying workflows to Alteryx Server or UiPath Orchestrator
• Apply 3+ years of experience analyzing complex operational processes and data to draw accurate conclusions
• Assess risk implications by understanding business context and controls
• Use basic software development principles in solution delivery
• Operate effectively with intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Leverage knowledge of one or more intelligent automation applications and/or programming languages
• Communicate clearly to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
• Collaborate across teams to deliver outcomes in a controlled environment
• Maintain strong attention to detail and quality in automation delivery

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

• Hold Alteryx Designer Core Certification
• Demonstrate advanced capability across analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment lifecycles
• Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Manage stakeholders effectively with excellent communication skills
• Work independently while delivering in cross-functional teams
• Hold UiPath Certified RPA Associate or Advanced RPA Developer Certification (preferred)
