Deutsche Bank's Private Bank in Jaipur seeks an Operations Analyst to manage day-to-day production tasks, ensure timely delivery, and meet SLAs.

You will review voice logs, document discussions in English, flag missing or unclear trade details, and back up peers during absences.

German language skills (B1+), good communication, and willingness to work in rotating shifts are required, with training and career development provided.

Mansioni

• Review voice logs between RCs and clients to validate that trade details have been discussed and agreed as per the required standards.
• Listen to and understand client discussions conducted in English and Chinese language and accurately document the agreed details in English or the prescribed business template.
• Complete the relevant product-specific voice log review template with accurate details, observations, and outcome of the review.
• Identify and highlight missing, incomplete, inconsistent, or unclear trade details and elevate exceptions to the relevant stakeholders within agreed timelines.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily production activities in line with defined SLAs, cut-off times, and quality expectations.
• Perform quality checks on completed reviews to support consistency, audit readiness, and control effectiveness.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing daily control / production reports, including tracking of open items, exceptions, and follow-ups.
• Support follow-up with RC / business teams for clarification or resolution of deficiencies noted during voice log review.
• Maintain proper documentation and evidence of review outcomes to support internal control, audit, and management reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders on complex cases, escalations, reporting requirements, and process improvements.
• Act as backup for peers during absence and support knowledge sharing, cross-training, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Perform other administration, reporting, and control-related tasks as assigned.

Role Description

• The Process Executive will be responsible for completion of day-to-day activity as per standards and ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties. They needs to ensure adherence to all cut-off times and quality of processing as maintained in SLAs. They should ensure that all queries/first level escalations related to routine activities are responded to within the time frames pre-specified. Should take responsibility and act as backup for the Peers in their absence and share best practices with the team.

Your Key Responsibilities

Your Skills And Experience

• German Language B1 or above level is must for this role.
• Good communication skills and can interact independently with German Counterpart.
• At least 0–1-year experience in any stream.
• Responsibility, risk awareness, reliability and resilience even in exceptional situations.
• Secure management of IT applications and communication facilities and the safe handling and use of new media (in particular videoconferencing).
• Secure handling of common office applications (Microsoft Office) and bank applications.
• Willingness to work in Multiple/ rotational Shifts.

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
