People Konnect is seeking an experienced risk professional to strengthen our operational risk and business continuity framework in Gurugram. You will work with business, compliance, audit, technology and operations teams to ensure critical services stay resilient during disruptions.

The role covers RCSA, KRI tracking, incident reporting, control design reviews, BIA/BCP coordination, and regulator-ready reporting.

Responsabilités

• Run RCSA across business and support functions.
• Track KRIs and elevate breaches.
• Manage incident and loss reporting with root-cause analysis.
• Review control design and effectiveness.
• Assess risks for new products, tech changes and outsourcing.
• Build risk dashboards and MIS for management and regulators.
• Maintain BCM framework, policy and procedures.
• Coordinate BIA and BCPs.
• Run BCP tests and DR drills.
• Support crisis management and incident response.
• Assess continuity readiness of critical vendors.
• Track remediation of gaps to closure.

You will help organization manage operational risk and keep critical services running during disruptions. You will work with business, compliance, audit, technology and operations teams, and report to senior management, risk committees and regulators.

Operational Risk

Run Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) across business and support functions

Track Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and elevate breaches

Manage incident and loss event reporting, root cause analysis and corrective actions

Review control design and effectiveness

Assess risks for new products, technology changes and outsourcing

Build risk dashboards and MIS for management and regulators

Business Continuity and Resilience

Maintain the BCM framework, policy and procedures

Coordinate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs)

Run BCP tests, tabletop exercises and DR drills

Support crisis management and incident response

Assess continuity readiness of critical vendors

Track remediation of gaps to closure

Regulatory and Governance

Support compliance with RBI requirements on operational risk and business continuity

Assist with audits, regulatory reporting and risk committee presentations
