We are seeking a driven and experienced Order to Cash (O2C) Operational Process Owner to join our dynamic Finance Processes & PMI team. You will become part of a team with both physical offices in Denmark (Ikast, Ballerup) as well as India (Mangalore) and hybrid working arrangements. This position is based in either Ikast or Ballerup with the option of a more hybrid arrangement.

Driving Operational Excellence and Shaping the Future of O2C Processes
As our new Operational Process Owner, you will connect with colleagues across the Group and be instrumental in driving operational excellence and ensuring the smooth execution of our end-to-end O2C processes. Your expertise and ability to set a clear direction will directly impact key business outcomes, including process innovation, financial performance and customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Lead the design, implementation and optimization of the end-to-end O2C process, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Identify and prioritize opportunities to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies within the O2C process.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Service, IT, PMO and Finance) to ensure seamless integration and execution of O2C activities.
4. Partner with stakeholders to implement new technologies and automation solutions that enhance process performance.
5. Standardize, document, and enhance processes, integrating governance to ensure compliance and efficiency.
6. Maintain process documentation and training materials.
7. Develop, monitor and report on process performance metrics.
8. Provide support and guidance to finance team members on system processes and governance.
9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

This pivotal role within our organization requires a proven track record in managing and optimizing end-to-end O2C processes, with a strong focus on automation, improving efficiency, ensuring compliance while enhancing customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will challenge the status quo and foster a culture of continuous improvement. In order to successfully drive process optimization across O2C processes, you will work closely together with colleagues in Finance, stakeholders in Sales, Customer Success, IT etc. Hence it is essential to master working in cross-organizational setups and strong stakeholder management skills are required.

Moreover, we expect the following from you:

1. Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
2. Proven track record in managing and improving O2C processes, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
3. Natural business process management skills from working with process excellence and system flows in IT applications and supporting systems.
4. Strong problem solving and analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to challenge existing practices and drive meaningful change.
5. Strong understanding of ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite knowledge is a plus but not required).
6. Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
7. Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and process improvements.
8. Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in O2C and financial operations.
9. Proficiency in managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.
10. Thrive in environments with great complexity and high energy.
