Job summary

Ameriprise India LLP is seeking a Risk Analytics Analyst to support Operational Risk Management. The role requires building data summaries, dashboards, and reports for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will liaise with leaders across business lines to identify risks, handle ORM requests related to audits and regulatory requirements, and contribute to risk analytics with Excel, Power BI, and SQL in a collaborative, in-office-friendly environment in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience with master degree.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Power BI.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SQL and Risk Analytics preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Access preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare data summary analysis, internal trending reports, and presentations for Executive Level Leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare Operational Risk Management dashboards as required by leadership.
• Liaise with leaders from different business lines for risk identification and report them through ORM route.
• Handle Operational Risk Management ad-hoc requests related to audit and other regulatory requirements.
