Job summary

Ameriprise India LLP in Gurugram is seeking an Operation Risk Management professional to support data-driven risk oversight. The role involves preparing data summaries, internal trending reports, and dashboards for leadership, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.

You will liaise with leaders from different business lines to identify risks, handle ORM requests related to audits and regulatory requirements, and contribute to risk analytics using Excel, Power BI, and SQL.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience with master degree.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate and lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Prepare data summary analysis, internal trending reports, and presentations, as needed, for consumption by Executive Level Leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare Operational Risk Management dashboards as required by leadership.
• Liaise with leaders from different business lines for risk identification and report them through ORM route.
• Handle Operational Risk Management ad-hoc requests related to audit and other regulatory requirements.
