Sargam Ventures Private Limited is seeking an Operations in Sales & Management Intern to support daily coordination of sales and operations. You will help keep information organized, ensure clear communication, and track follow-ups with the team in Guwahati.

The role requires full-time in-office commitment for a 3-month period, starting between Oct 22 and Nov 26, 2026, with a monthly stipend of INR 6,000–6,001. Perks include a certificate and snacks/beverages.

About the internship

As an Operations in Sales & Management Intern at Sargam Ventures Private Limited, you'll support the day-to-day coordination of sales and operational activities, helping the team keep information organized, communication clear, and follow-ups on track.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• 1. Update and maintain sales records, trackers, and internal documents with accuracy.
• 2. Coordinate follow-ups with relevant team members and keep action items and deadlines visible.
• 3. Draft clear emails, notes, and updates in English, adapting the message to its audience.
• 4. Communicate professionally in spoken English when confirming details or sharing routine updates.
• 5. Help organize meetings by preparing agendas, recording key points, and tracking next steps.
• 6. Review operational information for missing or inconsistent details and flag issues to the appropriate team member.
• 7. Prepare concise summaries of ongoing tasks and progress to support routine team reviews.

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 22nd Oct'26 and 26th Nov'26
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from Guwahati only
5. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend:
