Job description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide troubleshooting and operational support on desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and data cards.
  • Coordinate with third-party/OEM for warranty/AMC support.
  • Administration, installation, re-installation, and re-configuration of user automation software.
  • Install/configure desktop and laptop operating systems and applications.
  • Configure and update antivirus software.
  • Patch management for laptops and desktops.
  • IMAC and site IT inventory management.
  • Recovery of lost user data caused by hardware or software failures and user errors.
  • Provide support to VIP users.
  • Installation of printers.
  • Provide appropriate rights and permissions for accessing printers.
  • VC support connecting calls, L1 level IT infrastructure troubleshooting, daily checklist.
  • IP telephony, IMAC for desktop IP phones.
  • Updating of tickets in ITSM (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹21,000.00 per month
