Job summary

SS Eduks Management seeks an experienced OpenText ECM consultant to lead a team, implement xECM and related SAP integration, and coordinate with partners across locations. The role focuses on requirement gathering, deployment, and support within EPC environments.

The candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on OpenText ECM experience, expertise in SAP S/4HANA interfaces, and strong communication skills to work across teams and geographies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText ECM.
• Experience with OpenText xECM implementation, preferably with SAP integration.
• Familiarity with OpenText Engineering Add-on functionalities.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and interfaces.
• Experience in enterprise content management in large-scale engineering projects.

Role & responsibilities

Interacting with key stakeholders for requirement gathering, documentation

To lead team of OpenText consultants to develop the functionalities as per finalised requirement

Implement and configure OpenText Extended ECM (xECM) and Engineering Add-on for SAP environments.

Design and execute integration strategies between OpenText xECM and SAP S/4HANA modules.

Coordination with OpenText implementation partner for development, implementation and support

Manage document lifecycle, workflow automation, and records management within the EPC context.

Conduct user training and provide ongoing support.

Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText ECM, OpenText xECM implementation, preferably with SAP integration.

Familiarity with OpenText Engineering Add-on functionalities.

Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and interfaces.

Experience in enterprise content management in large-scale engineering or construction projects.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
