Job summary

NSKH Tech is seeking a highly experienced Senior OpenShift Engineer/Architect to support a complex enterprise project. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, platform architecture, and production troubleshooting.

The candidate must be capable of independently handling complex technical challenges and delivering high-quality solutions with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Experience with platform architecture, clustering, upgrades, and scaling.
• Familiarity with RBAC, SCCs, monitoring, and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and manage enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift clusters.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to cluster operations, networking, storage, security, and deployments.
• Manage OpenShift cluster upgrades, scaling, high availability, and performance optimization.
• Implement security best practices, including RBAC, SCCs, monitoring, and automation.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders and distributed teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Take end-to-end ownership of technical deliverables, ensuring reliability, stability, and performance of the platform.
• Support production environments, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using scripting and configuration management tools.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, GitOps practices, monitoring, and platform operations.

A technically strong, self-driven Senior OpenShift Engineer/Architect with 10+ years of experience, proven enterprise production expertise, advanced troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to independently manage complex OpenShift environments.
