Job summary

Paytm is seeking a Sales Executive to acquire new merchants and promote Paytm digital payment solutions across local markets in Mohali, India. You will visit shops daily, onboard merchants, and drive adoption of QR codes and POS devices. Expect targets, incentives, and ongoing relationships with merchants.

The role is field-based with incentives and medical benefits, and accommodates a work-from-office setup in a FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 12th and Above.
• Fresher or 0-2 years in sales/marketing.

Responsibilities

• Visit local markets and shops to generate leads.
• Onboard merchants on Paytm platform.
• Sell products like POS Machine.
• Explain product benefits and usage to customers.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
