Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Cloud Migration Engineer to drive cloud migration initiatives with a strong focus on Azure migrations. The role encompasses architecture design, assessment, and execution across multi-cloud environments, including AWS and GCP.

You will translate business needs into scalable cloud solutions, collaborate with clients, and guide modernization efforts. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in cloud engineering, IaC, and migration planning, with expertise in VMware and hybrid

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Transformation, and Migration.
• Strong understanding of datacenter exit strategies, migration methodologies, and modernization principles.
• Experience designing and executing migrations to Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, networking, storage, security, and identity management.
• Experience with VMware and hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of migration assessment, dependency mapping, migration planning, and workload transformation frameworks.
• Experience with IaC, automation frameworks, and cloud engineering practices.
• Experience in client-facing consulting or cloud transformation engagements.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication.

We are looking for Clound migration with Azure Migration ( mandatory)

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Transformation, Datacenter Migration, Cloud Migration, and Technology Delivery.
• Strong understanding of datacenter exit strategies, cloud migration methodologies, and application modernization principles.
• Experience designing and executing migrations to Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, networking, storage, security, and identity management.
• Experience with virtualization platforms including VMware and hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of migration assessment, dependency mapping, migration planning, and workload transformation frameworks.
• Experience working with Infrastructure as Code, automation frameworks, and cloud engineering practices.
• Experience working in client-facing consulting, advisory, or cloud transformation engagements.
