Job summary

Guideline Inc is seeking an AR Caller (Medical Billing) in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. The role is based in the office with 5 working days per week and 2 weekly offs. Immediate joiners only. Experience in US healthcare voice processes will be an advantage.

Salary is up to ₹3.3 LPA CTC. Evening/night shifts required. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year in medical billing/ar calling/patient calling and be willing to work from the office in Navi Mumbai.

Eligibility

• HSC or Graduate

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in RCM Calling Process (Medical Billing / AR Calling / Patient Calling).
• Candidates with US Healthcare Customer Support (Voice Process) experience will have an added advantage.
• Must be comfortable working in evening and night shifts.
• Must be willing to work from the office.
