Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a data/ BI developer to work on MS-SQL, Python and Tableau projects in an Agile setup. You will write scalable T-SQL, develop Python-based data solutions and create Tableau visualizations to drive insights.

The role requires hands-on experience with SSIS and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of MS-SQL: stored procedures, views and tables.
• Proficient Python programming with exposure to SDLC.
• Experience with Tableau data visualization.
• Familiarity with SSIS data integration.
• Understanding of agile software practices and QA.
• Proactive issue identification and fixes, team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize SQL-based solutions and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with development teams to define requirements.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and escalate as needed.
• Work in an Agile environment and participate in ceremonies.

Job description

JD - MS SQL, MS SSIS, Python and Tableau.

• Expert knowledge in T-SQL and SQL. Programming
• Writing scalable code using T-SQL and ability to run them on various platforms.
• Good to have Automation and T-SQL Performance optimization experience.
• Knowledge in Testing and debugging of T-SQL based applications.
• Hands-on experience on Python language etc.
• Assessing and prioritizing client feature requests.
• Coordinating with development teams to determine application requirements.
• Working independently and collaboratively. Also, provide status updates to stakeholders and escalates issues when necessary.
• Work with Agile methodology, representing the PoD in meetings and various forums.
• Providing scripted solutions to unique scenarios.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• MS-SQL (T-SQL, SQL) - need to have strong knowledge in writing Stored procedures, views, tables etc and good understanding of the same.
• Python with strong knowledge
