Job Description

Sprinklr is seeking an experienced Senior Content Writer to join our Customer Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling and high-quality content across various channels to support our marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong communicator with a passion for storytelling and a proven track record in content writing and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Event Marketing: Create engaging collateral for both online and in-person user events, including but not limited to landing pages, event decks, LinkedIn promotions, and promotional emails.
• Email Marketing: Experiment and create email content that delivers. Craft compelling drip email campaigns to continue engagement with webinar and event attendees.
• Customer Stories: Conceptualize, participate in customer interviews, and write success stories in multiple formats, including case studies, first-person stories and thought leadership.
• Sprinklr Community: Curate and produce thought leadership and product content specifically tailored to foster interaction and a sense of belonging.
• Monthly customer newsletter: Own the customer newsletter and collaborate within marketing and other product teams to curate content every month. Work on enhancing the performance of the newsletter.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.
• Maintain high standards of content quality and ensure timely delivery of all projects.
• Take ownership of content projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
