Job summary

Tekskills in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Salesforce Testing professional to join our QA team. The candidate should have 4+ years of Salesforce Testing experience and deep knowledge of Sales CRM processes, with hands-on SFDC admin configurations including OLS/FLS, OWD, standard and custom objects, flows, approval workflows, queues, and user management.

The role requires experience with Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Experience Cloud, agile testing, and SDLC/STLC practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce Testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Sales CRM processes.
• Hands-on SFDC Admin configurations: OLS/FLS, OWD, standard & custom objects, flows, approval flows, queues, user management, role hierarchy, profiles & permission sets.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficient in Agile Testing.
• Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
• Experience with Salesforce data migrations.
• Experience testing integrations with third-party applications.
• Experience Selenium automation.
