Job summary

Staffing Services is seeking an Electromechanical Engineer for positions in Bangalore, Pune, or Coimbatore. You will design and integrate electromechanical systems including cables, racks, cabinets, and controller PCBs, with focus on NX/TCE tools and CAD for complex products.

You will collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineers, document technical specifications, and transfer knowledge to production and service teams, while solving design issues and ensuring safety, EMC, and thermal

Qualifications

• Experience with 2D/3D CAD for electronics products (cables, racks, cabinets, PCBA).
• Proficient with NX and TCE preferred.
• Strong electronics cabling, mains, safety, diagnostics, and thermal concepts.
• Experience creating and maintaining Technical Product Documentation (TPDs).
• Ability to interface with electrical and mechanical engineers and designers.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and solve issues on electromechanical designs.
• Work in multidisciplinary module design teams to align specifications.

Job description

We are looking for Electromechanical Engineer - Bangalore/Pune/Coimbatore Location..

JD

• Knowledge and experience with cabling concepts, cable routing, connectivity concepts, EMC, safety aspects.
• Experience with 2D and 3D CAD design of various electronics products such as cables, racks, cabinets, boxes with electronics, connection boxes, connection plates, back panels, rear panels and controller PCBAs.
• Preferably experience with NX and TCE.
• Broad technical knowledge on electronics, cabling, mains, safety, diagnostics, thermal aspects and cooling.
• Experienced in creating and maintaining TPDs (technical product documentation)
• Maintain high quality level by organizing reviews of own work and participating in reviews from other designers.
• Interfacing with other Electrical Mechanical Engineers, Mechanical Designers and Flow and Temperature Engineers.
• Act as an interface to external suppliers.
• Transfer knowledge to production- and service-engineers.
• Investigate and solve issues on the electromechanical designs.
• Experience with working in multidisciplinary module design teams to establish agreement on specifications.
• Experience with 2D and 3D CAD design of complex products, preferably experience with NX and TCE (not a must).
• Broad technical knowledge of cabling concepts, cable routing, connectivity concepts, basic knowledge of EMC and safety.
