Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced Ivalua specialist to optimize procurement processes in our cloud environment. The role focuses on sourcing, supplier onboarding, contract management, and supplier lifecycle management within Ivalua version 8.2, with Procure-to-Pay explicitly excluded.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions that improve efficiency and compliance. The ideal candidate has strong SQL, ETL/EAI configuration skills, API development experience, and proven SDLC

Qualifications

• Experience with Sourcing, Supplier Onboarding, and Contract Management Ivalua modules.
• Knowledge of Ivalua backend tables and relationships (t_bas, pdt, ctr, sup).
• Advanced SQL skills for system integration and ad-hoc queries.
• Experience creating and configuring ETLs and EAIs.
• API development experience.
• Experience configuring contexts and coordinating with Ivalua team through environments.
• Ability to manage multiple enhancements and support tasks simultaneously.
• Experience SDLC documentation and SIT/Unit testing.

Job description

uses a highly configured and moderately customized Ivalua cloud solution to manage both direct and general purchasing sourcing activities within the company. This includes supplier legal documents, all sourcing and contract activities, and supplier onboarding and lifecycle management. Procure-to-pay functionality is excluded. Currently on version 8.2.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, initiative, root cause analysis, and solution development skills
• Previous experience with Sourcing, Supplier Onboarding, Contract Management Ivalua modules
• Knowledge of Ivalua backend database structure and including t_bas, pdt, ctr, and sup tables and relationships
• Advanced SQL skills to quickly produce queries for system integration and stakeholder ad-hoc requests
• Advanced skills creating and configuring ETLs and EAIs
• API development experience
• Advanced skills creating configuration contexts and coordinating with Ivalua team to move tags through environments
• Ability to handle multiple enhancement and support/maintenance activities at one time
• Demonstrated Unit and SIT methodology and documentation skills according to standard Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC)
