Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a senior Coupa and Procurement expert to lead complex Source to Pay transformations. You will drive Coupa configuration, implement best practices, and certify in S2P/R2P while coordinating ERP integrations (e.g., Oracle Fusion) and ensuring compliant invoice processing and tax handling.

You will engage with stakeholders, run workshops, and partner with Tier 1 integrators to deploy global procurement transformations using agile approaches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Procurement IT experience focused on S2P.
• Hands-on Coupa experience in S2C or R2P.
• Coupa configuration and implementation best practices.
• Coupa Certification in S2P / R2P.
• Experience integrating Coupa with ERP like Oracle Fusion.
• Understanding invoice processing, tax accounting, compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and change management.
• Experience with Tier 1 supplier integrators in Coupa projects.
• Ability to define global deployment configuration strategies.
• Strong Agile project knowledge supporting project execution.

Job description

Coupa & Procurement Expertise:

5+ years of experience in Procurement IT, specializing in Source to Pay (S2P).

Extensive hands-on experience with Coupa, particularly in Source to Contract (S2C) or Request to Pay (R2P).

Expertise in Coupa Configuration and implementation best practices.

Coupa Certified in Source to Pay / Request to Pay.

ERP Integration & Financial Processes:

Experience integrating Coupa with ERP systems like Oracle Fusion.

Strong understanding of invoice processing, tax accounting, and compliance best practices.

Stakeholder & Change Management:

Excellent communication skills for leading stakeholder workshops, meetings, and training sessions.

Proven experience working with Tier 1 Supplier Integrators in Coupa transformation projects.

Ability to define and implement configuration management strategies for a global deployment.

IT & Agile Project Experience:

Strong Agile methodology knowledge to support project execution.

Experience working with IT project management & operational teams to ensure smooth system deployment and support.

Understanding of CTB & RTB change management processes in a production system.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Banking sector experience, understanding industry-specific procurement challenges.

Knowledge of system integration best practices and data migration strategies.
