Job summary

Staffing Services is seeking a professional in Bengaluru to analyze and solve moderately complex problems, while adapting existing methods as needed. You will align your work with the strategic direction set by senior management for team goals and interact with your supervisor, peers, and client/Accenture management as required.

Guidance will be provided on methods for new assignments, and decisions may impact the team trajectory.

• Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• May create new solutions, adapting and reusing existing methods and procedures as needed.
• Understand and align work with the strategic direction set by senior management for team goals.
• Interact with direct supervisor, peers, and client/Accenture management as required.
• Receive guidance on methods and procedures for new assignments.
• Decisions you make will impact the team and project direction.
• In IC roles, may lead small teams or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.
• Be prepared to work in rotational shifts where required.
