Job summary

AMI in Chennai is seeking an experienced OpenBMC Developer to design, develop, and maintain Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) firmware and management software for server platforms. The role requires strong expertise in embedded Linux, OpenBMC architecture, and system-level programming.

You will develop and customize OpenBMC firmware for server hardware, design and implement new OpenBMC features and services, and work with D-Bus, Redfish, IPMI, and REST APIs while collaborating with hardware,

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and maintaining OpenBMC firmware for server platforms.
• Strong C/C++ programming and deep knowledge of embedded Linux.
• Familiarity with Yocto Project/BitBake build environments and driver development.
