Job summary

Athena Technology Solution seeks an experienced MES Architect to drive Siemens Opcenter MES solutions from design to deployment. You will lead architecture, configuration, and integrations across client projects, mentoring teams and guiding customers through complex manufacturing digital transformations.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement within semiconductor, automotive, or electronics manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Siemens Opcenter MES / Camstar.
• Expertise in MES architecture, solution design, configuration, and customization.
• Hands-on knowledge of Portal Studio, Designer, C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
• Experience in MES integrations with ERP, equipment, PLC/SCADA, and shop-floor systems.
• Strong understanding of WIP tracking, genealogy, traceability, production execution, and equipment integration.
• Proven experience in technical leadership, team mentoring, client engagement, and end-to-end MES implementations.
• Knowledge of ISA-95, SECS/GEM, and OPC UA is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead MES solution design and configuration across client projects.
• Define technical solutions, guide development teams, and ensure deployment success.
• Engage with clients to capture requirements and provide architectural leadership.
• Mentor teams, drive multi-site MES implementations, and ensure quality compliance.
• Stay current with ISA-95, SECS/GEM, and OPC UA guidelines when applicable.
