DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking an Onsite Project Moderator with idiomatic fluency in Punjabi (India) to join our team for our new data collection project taking place during September 2026 in Pune, India. As our Onsite Moderator, you will be working out of our Pune office, assisting and guiding participants in a new study involving an AI virtual assistant and ensuring the proper execution of study requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative project to improve Artificial Intelligence technology.

Role Summary

The Onsite Project Moderator will guide participants along the recording process, and provide updates to members of the production team. They will also handle basic troubleshooting of data collection technology as needed. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills who are diligent, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Role Responsibilities

• Understand project provided documentation to assist participants

• Using Client tools to collect and track data
