DataForce by TransPerfect seeks an Onsite Project Moderator to join our Pune office for a short-term data collection project in the second week of November to mid-December 2026. The role requires Kannada and English fluency and an 8-hour daily schedule across 5 days per week.

The moderator will guide participants through the recording process, troubleshoot data collection tools, and coordinate with the production team to meet daily data targets while maintaining high accuracy.

About DataForce by TransPerfect

DataForce by TransPerfect is seeking an Onsite Project Moderator with idiomatic fluency in Kannada to join our team for our new data collection project taking place during second week of November until mid December 2026 in Pune, India. As our Onsite Moderator, you will be working out of our Pune office, assisting and guiding participants in a new study involving an AI virtual assistant and ensuring the proper execution of study requirements.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative project to improve Artificial Intelligence technology.

• Language required: Kannada, English

• Work Location: On-site in Pune, India

• Engagement Model: Freelance / Independent Contractor

• Expected Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (8 h/day, 5 days/week)

• Estimated Start: ASAP

• Project Duration: 3-4 weeks

What you will do

The Onsite Project Moderator will guide participants along the recording process, and provide updates to members of the production team. They will also handle basic troubleshooting of data collection technology as needed. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills who are diligent, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
